Icon Colors

Is anyone having any difficulty in identifying when a new post has been made to a forum or topic? Seems to me that the blue feather just blends in too much with the default icon. Maybe we will change that to a red feather and see how that works. Anybody else have any other ideas?

Feather? I had to look close to see what you wrote about. I just click on view unanswered or new posts.
Perhaps a solar eclipse (big red star burst)behind the icon?

Now, Now...
I think we've had this discussion about the eyes - and though I do wear bifocals now, I surely don't need a red sunburst! (or do I? )

The red feather works better than the blue.
